Pan Fry Yam Kueh

1.  Cover bottom of pan with oil.
2.  Place a slice on the pan for 2-3 mins for each surface.

Optional Tip:
Preferably start with a block first and pan fry all sides.
Then slice it up and pan fry the newly exposed surfaces.
