1-for-1 deal

According to the data from Geohive at the time of this publication, the average ratio of the number of males to females on a global scale is approximately 1:1. What does this mean? Basically it means that as of this present moment, for every single male bachelor that is still alive, there is a female soul mate out there. Essentially, it means that marriages should be occuring constantly.

This leads to the next question, why then are there spinsters, bachelors, in other words, unmarried singles? The answer is very simple: there has been an imbalance! Let's address this imbalance.

Firstly, there is the issue of polygamy. That is, one man takes at least 2 women, for purposes of which is irrelevant to the discussion here ;) This results in one woman being less available to a certain single male out there. Hence this is one factor that contributes to the imbalance.

The second contribution to this imbalance is that of evolution. After many many centuries, the human sexual orientation is no longer as clearly separated into two categories, namely : boy like girl, girl like boy. Today, we have homesexuals, bisexuals etc. As a result of inter-sex embrace cultures, there has been a shortage of the opposite sex for partners of the opposite sex.

Male and females unfortunately have different lifespans. If the difference is too big, then the remainder of the couple might not remain faithful(?) and might hook another. In doing so, she/he is denying the opposite sex of his/her soulmate. Note that in this exposition, it is made with the assumption of one being straight. In some cases such as divorce, even though the balance in some way is restored. However, the right person might have passed on due to the lack of good timing. As a result, one remains alone...

Another factor would be boundaries, both physical and meta-physical. For the physical boundaries, it would be like fate being cruel as usual put the lovers in two ulu places, resulting in them being unable to meet and copulate. Moreover, fate might sometimes put the lovers so close together yet so far apart like in different caste system or on the social ladder. Sometime,s one is also bound by traditions and customs such as betrothal rites. As such, corresponding soul mates are someitmes lost, resulting in bachelorhood or spinsterhood. In cases of human trafficking, one's lover is sometimes lost even before the love is realised. As such, one sinks into early singlehood.

Another factor would be self imposed singlehood. This could be due to scorned past love which resulted in the inability to progress for some reason. Eventually, the auspicious time may past and thus singlehood is stamped on this person for life.

How to correct this imbalance you enquire? Simply, PROCREATE more! WHY? Because the imbalance is caused by a shortage of correct soulmates. Thereby increasing the number of babies born such that it exceeds the present number of prospective soulmates required, the excess can then be used to make up for lost time. Although the description of this process is much more complicated, the main idea is to use the current batch of possible lovers to make up for the current shortage and then use the future generation to cover the consequential lack of lovers.

Note that this article is not to advise you to be promiscuous, it simply tells you that there is always hope for those aspiring lovers. Remember:
